Joseph Ford - Head Coach
Joseph founded the company in 2009, he has played for a host of local teams including VCD Athletic FC, Thamesmead Town FC, Dartford FC and Slade Green FC. After leaving school Joseph decided to go into coaching and has gained numerous qualifications (below), at present he is a Level 2 Qualified Coach but is in the final stages of completing his UEFA B (Level 3) Certificate in Football Coaching. Aswell as coaching football, he is currently in his second year of University studying P.E and Sport in order to fufill his ambition of becoming a P.E teacher. Joseph likes to make sure that the sessions he provides are fun and enjoyable but also factual and useful to improve the football ability of those involved.

Martin Ford - Assistant Head Coach
Martin is also a Level 2 Football Coach who gained his qualification in 2006. Martin has had a distinguished playing career. He spent eight years at Charlton Athletic as both a junior and apprentice before an unfortunate injury stopped him from living the dream. He did however go on to play for a host of high ranked Non - League sides including Gravesend and Northfleet, Tonbridge Angels, Maidstone Utd and Sittingbourne. After his playing career Martin went into management and spent fourteen years at VCD Athletic FC where he gained plenty of success before resigning in 2007.

Karl Orpin - Assistant Head Coach
Karl is a fully qualified Level 2 Coach with a great understanding of the game. A goalkeeper by trade, he joined the JMF Coaching staff in September 2009 and is currently at the start of taking his UEFA B (Level 3) Coaching License. Karl is a very factual coach who likes to make sure that the children are having fun but also learning from his coaching sessions.

Charlie McCarthy - Coach
Charlie joined the JMF Coaching staff in January 2009 and has been a huge asset. He is a Level 2 Football Coach and has a great knowledge of the game. Charlie has played for a host of well known clubs at both youth and senior level, these clubs include Bromley FC, Thamesmead Town and Slade Green. Charlie has also represented his county at youth level and has had various trials at professional clubs. He has recently got back from America where he has been playing football under a scholarship for Colombia College.

Warren Carver - Coach
Warren is a new addition to the JMF Coaching staff. He is a fully qualified Level 2 Coach and again has a good knowledge of the game. Warren attended Hextable Sixth Form with Head Coach Joseph and has good experience from working with Arsenal FC. He is assertive and works very well with the children.

Chris Edwards - Coach
Chris is a Level 2 Coach with plenty of experience having worked at the David Beckham Academy for the last three years. Chris is at University along with Head Coach Joseph studying Physical Education and Sport in order to fufill his ambition of becoming a P.E Teacher aswell. He is also a very keen footballer and has played for a number of well known clubs including Thamesmead Town, Corinthians and Pheonix. Chris' coaching sessions are always well planned and thought out helping the children to gain plenty of knowledge and think about the skills that they are learning.

Rob Kapri - Coach
Rob is a Level 1 Coach who is currently training for his Level 2 Coaching Certificate at Hextable Sixth Form. Rob's coaching sessions are always fun, enjoyable and include lots of games. He is very assertive and works well with both the younger and older age groups.

Aaron is a fully qualified Level 1 Coach with a great understanding for the game. Although still young he has played for a number of well known clubs at both youth and senior level, these include Bromley FC, Thamesmead Town and Slade Green FC. Aaron is a fun coach but also likes to make sure that children learn alot from his sessions.
